This month’s home organization challenge (I know – I’m getting a little late!) is to reset your home. By now you’ve organized your clothes closets and found your home organization style. And now it’s time to hit the reset button before we get into the nitty-gritty.
Reset Your Home in 10 Days
(This post may contain affiliate links. Read my full disclosure here. )
My friend Emily put together a 10-day course to reset your home that I want to talk about today. I’ll let her share about it in her own words,
“I truly believe that the state of our homes can reflect the state of our hearts and minds – when my house is filled with piles, I start to experience anxiety and frustration. Instead of my home being a source of joy and inspiration, it becomes a source of negative feelings.
This is not about having a Pinterest-worthy kitchen (I don’t! 20-year Corian over here). This is about walking into your kitchen and picking out a recipe to cook – instead of staring at the pile of paperwork on the counter and getting too frustrated to act. This is about hosting another family last-minute instead of feeling like your house is too messy to be a place of influence.”
Or in other words, your “piles” are keeping you from loving your home.
- papers on the dining room table.
- mail on the kitchen island.
- broken items to be fixed later.
- books you’ll never read that take up valuable space.
- toys to be stepped on.
I’m guessing at least a few do!
Everyone has piles. But it doesn’t have to stay this way.
Emily’s course “10-Day Reset Your Home” doesn’t offer quick fixes but PERMANENT, SUSTAINABLE solutions for your home.
I consider myself a pretty-minimalistic and fairly organized person and I even learned a ton from her course on how to tackle the clutter but also set up systems to keep it from coming back.
If you’re excited to RESET your entire home in just 10 days you can click here to get more information about Emily’s course. OR If you’re ready to jump in and buy the course right now click here to get started. And I have good news. Use “PRETTY SIMPLE” at checkout to get $2 off the course!

Oh my gosh, papers on the dining room table drive me crazy! My home needs a reset badly, LOL.
I am one of those people that does not allow “stuff” to linger! I don’t know how people live that way!!! LOL
This is awesome! I don’t like when there are cleaning programs that only teach you how to clean your house one time instead of showing you how to maintain a clean house consistently. This sounds like a great course!
I used to be the kind of person that would wait until my house was a wreck and do one big clean but now I can’t even stand to leave a few random items on a table overnight… :p
I think it’s really important to have home resets! Thankfully, I have the time and desire to keep my home really organized and clean, but I know there are still changes I’d like to make and spring is the perfect time to do so. I appreciate this encouragement to do so – and to find a renewed love for my home, even during the times that it’s not “perfect.”
This sounds like the perfect course as we get ready for spring.
“…when my house is filled with piles, I start to experience anxiety and frustration.” Um, yes! But, I think my husband and son need this course. I follow the ‘everything in its place’ method, but they don’t! Drives me bonkers. So, it piles up until I can’t stand it anymore and then I have to go all [email protected]#$ mom on them until they put everything away!
My home definitely needs a reset! We are just not great about keeping things organized and in their places. There are “piles” everywhere that we just need to actually take care of!
