Who’s ready for a delicious vegan hot chocolate recipe with some protein?! Don’t worry, I’ll spare you the long-drawn-out personal story about how I always take a refreshing walk around my neighborhood first. But I am going to offer you an apology. If you love this (which you will) I’m sorry that I don’t have similar recipes like it. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian but I do try to avoid milk because it makes me break out.
I’m also always looking to get more protein in my diet so I call this recipe a win-win-win. (The third win is for how good it tastes!) And I’m pretty sure I’m going to be making this hot cocoa recipe on repeat this winter.
